Hyve Acquires RAISE Summit, MACHINA Summit and Signal Week
Hyve, the global organiser of B2B events, has acquired RAISE Summit, MACHINA Summit and Signal Week, formerly Paris Blockchain Week.
The acquisition establishes a new AI SuperVertical within Hyve while strengthening its fintech portfolio alongside Fintech Meetup. It also marks the company’s second acquisition since launching Ascend30, its value creation plan through to 2030.
Together, the three events bring together the founders, enterprises, investors and policymakers shaping the future of artificial intelligence, robotics, blockchain and digital finance.
Three category-defining events join Hyve
RAISE Summit, MACHINA Summit and Signal Week have built leading positions in some of the fastest-growing sectors of the global economy.
The founder-led events combine highly senior audiences, strong international communities and significant opportunities for continued growth through new products, technology-enabled networking and international expansion.
RAISE Summit
RAISE Summit is one of Europe’s leading artificial intelligence events.
In 2026, the summit welcomed more than 9,000 attendees from around 90 countries, alongside over 350 speakers and 200 sponsors. Its audience includes senior decision-makers from Fortune 1000, CAC 40, FTSE 100, DAX and S&P 500 companies.
Previous speakers include Eric Schmidt, former CEO of Google; Mark Cuban; Pat Gelsinger, former CEO of Intel; and Marcelo Claure, former CEO of SoftBank Group.
MACHINA Summit
MACHINA Summit is Europe’s leading event dedicated to physical AI and robotics.
The summit brings together founders, researchers, investors, industrial leaders and policymakers shaping the next generation of intelligent machines. Its programme explores how artificial intelligence is moving beyond software and into the physical world through humanoid robotics, industrial autonomy and advanced human-machine systems.
Through technical sessions, strategic discussions and live demonstrations, MACHINA expands the RAISE ecosystem into one of the fastest-emerging frontiers of artificial intelligence.
Signal Week
Signal Week, formerly Paris Blockchain Week, is Europe's flagship event for digital assets.
The next edition will take place in July 2027 at the Palais des Congrès de Paris. Its 2026 edition welcomed more than 10,000 attendees from over 100 countries, alongside more than 320 speakers and 400 sponsors.
Previous speakers include Jeremy Allaire, Co-founder and CEO of Circle; Changpeng “CZ” Zhao, Founder of Binance; Adam Back, Co-founder and CEO of Blockstream; and Tim Draper, Founder of Draper Associates.
Built by founders, strengthened by Hyve
Signal Week, RAISE Summit and MACHINA Summit were founded by Michael Amar, Charlie Meraud, Henri Delahaye and Hadrien de Cournon.
The founders built the brands by developing strong communities around emerging technologies before they reached the mainstream.
Hyve will build on this foundation by applying selected elements of its proven best-practice model, including technology-enabled meetings, curated Table Talks and enhanced customer experiences.
The portfolio also presents significant opportunities for future international expansion and geo-cloning.
All three events will join Hyve’s dedicated Acquisitions and Best Practice division, where they will benefit from strategic planning, commercial expertise and tailored integration support.
A new chapter for the RAISE ecosystem
Mark Shashoua, Chief Executive Officer at Hyve, said:
“RAISE Summit, MACHINA Summit and Signal Week are category-defining brands built by exceptional founders who understood where their industries were heading before most others. Michael, Charlie, Henri and Hadrien have created communities with extraordinary reach, influence and momentum, and we’re excited to welcome them to Hyve.”
He added:
“AI is entering a new phase of maturity, where innovation is increasingly shaped by collaboration between founders, enterprises, investors and policymakers. That makes this an incredibly exciting space to step into, and we’re looking forward to helping these ecosystems continue to grow and thrive.”
Michael Amar, Chairman of RAISE Summit and Signal Week, said:
“I’ve always believed you need to be in an industry before you organise it. That’s how we built our events: by understanding what these communities needed and creating the place where the people shaping them could come together.”
He continued:
“Joining Hyve marks an exciting new chapter. Their world-class team, proven growth strategy and deep expertise in building market-leading event brands make them the ideal partner to help us strengthen our events, serve our communities even better and realise our long-term ambition.”
Looking ahead
The acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter for RAISE Summit, MACHINA Summit and Signal Week.
With Hyve’s global platform, operational expertise and proven growth model, the three events will continue strengthening their communities, enhancing the attendee and partner experience, and exploring new opportunities for international expansion.
The next editions of RAISE Summit, MACHINA Summit and Signal Week will take place in Paris in July 2027.
