Shawn Ten is the Head of Artificial Intelligence Policy at Open Government Products (OGP), an in-house team of engineers, designers, and product managers who build technology for the public good in the Singapore Government. In this role, Shawn leads efforts to incorporate design, technology, and entrepreneurial methods for application in the public service. His team proactively identifies areas where technology can help, tests prototypes with actual users, and deploys them at scale safely and responsibly for the public good.
