Are all sessions and activities taking place at the same location?

Most activities will take place at the Carrousel du Louvre. Exceptions include the VIP Dinner, which will be held on a cruise along the Seine, and other side events throughout the city

When and where will the VIP Dinner take place?

The VIP Dinner will take place on July 7, 2025. Access is strictly reserved for MAX ticket holders.

Can I have an overview of the VIP Dinner?

The RAISE VIP Dinner is an exclusive, invitation-only event held the evening before the summit for our most premium guests. Set aboard the same yacht that hosted the French Olympic delegation, it brings together RAISE speakers, Fortune 1000 executives, industry pioneers, and strategic partners for high-level networking in a refined setting. You'll cruise past iconic monuments including the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, and the Louvre while enjoying cocktails during sunset. Is there a registration fee?

Yes, most tickets include a registration fee. Full pricing details are available on the Tickets Page.

MEDIA and VOLUNTEER passes are free but require an approved application.

How can I apply as a volunteer?

To apply as a volunteer, visit the tickets page and complete the volunteer application form. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and attend the summit for free.

How do I apply for a media pass?

Media professionals can apply for a complementary MEDIA Ticket by completing this application form.

Can I participate in the Startup Competition?

Yes — any AI startup can apply, as long as it has raised less than $10 million. Applications are open until June 6, and selected startups will be invited to pitch on stage. All applicants are eligible to compete for over $5 million in prizes. Apply here:

What language is the event conducted in?

RAISE Summit is an international event and is conducted in English.

Is the event recorded/streamed?

The main stage content will be streamed live and available to view via the Networking App.

Are people able to record/stream?

Recording and streaming of stage content is forbidden unless express authority has been granted by the show organiser.

How can I book space for recording video or podcasts?

This can be done on the morning you arrive with the press office onsite.

Logistics
Will meals and refreshments be provided?

Yes, meals and refreshments will be provided at lunch time (12:30–2:00 p.m.).

Can I download the Event App to enhance my RAISE Summit experience?

Maximise your RAISE Summit journey with our official event app! Once you receive your ticket, download the RAISE networking app for personalised matchmaking, real-time updates, and quick and easy planning tools.

What should I bring to the event?

We recommend bringing your laptop, any necessary software or tools, and your business cards for networking.

Where can I stay during the week of the event?

RAISE Summit works with an accommodation provider offering preferential rates, guaranteed to be the best prices. Our official hotel is located at 99 Rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France.

Can I get a travel discount?

A 10% discount on Air France and KLM airfare is available for RAISE Summit attendees when booking in euros (€) via airfrance.com or klm.com. If you're booking from a country using a different currency, please switch to the website version of a eurozone country to access the discount.
